The bags contain winter protection, hygiene products and other essentials and will be hand-delivered to several men and women\u2019s shelters across the nation\u2019s capital.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOne of our goals is to demonstrate care and compassion\u2014and oftentimes shelters are unable to provide the most basic needs to our fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, sons and daughters in need,\u201d says Founder and CEO of Purpose Is Life, Jamill C.
